Design/Build provides for single point responsibility, an accurate budget for the entire project at an early point in the process, and a faster construction schedule, while capitalizing on the design team’s ability to perform sophisticated programming and pre-construction services. Building systems cost estimates, constructability reviews, and delivery schedules can be addressed during the development of the design with the contract being converted to a stipulated sum or a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

The Axons Group offers a wide variety of construction and general contracting services to a diverse client base. We manage and perform all the on site work associated with building or altering structures from land clearing through completion, including excavation, erection and the assembly and installation of components and equipment. The Axons Group also offers construction management services throughout the construction phase of a project. We act as the design/build construction manager or will be an independent interface between the other members of the design team and the client/owner by insuring that all elements of the on-going construction are happening in accordance with the original plans and specifications, and insuring adherence to the construction budget and schedules, while working to expedite any aspects of the project as necessary. Consequently, we provide valuable information and oversight to the client, who ultimately retains control over the project.
